For the improvement of marine transportation, the department
of living space and the conservation of natural resources in the
ocean, the Department of Maritime Engineering conducts research
about individual technologies in Ocean Engineering and their synthesis,
areas of research currently pursued are: Planning of Marine Systems,
Marine Hydrodynamics, Marine Dynamics and Control, Functional Design
of Marine Systems, Structural Design of Marine Systems, Fracture,
Welding Mechanics and Production Systems, and Ship Design and Maritime
Intelligence Technology. |
